This seems to work great on QEMU-based activities and Human Resource Machine, but struggles with Scratch, which seems to not be receiving pointer up events at the correct time. That's probably better served with an upstream contribution that properly implements touch support.

The nonversioned caches got poisoned during a failed run that ran out of
space. I since increased the disk allocation on the runner, but the bad
caches remain.
