Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
If a process-based activity fails to close on time, the process can stay running while shepherdd believes it is closed.
Because the shepherdd state is inconsistent, it is unable to manage that activity and there is no UI to close it.
I observed this while using RetroArch as a process-based activity (not the "retroarch" kind in #129, though it may also reproduce there and on Steam activities).
