Android installations are currently accomplished by manually downloading and installing the APKs. There is no auto-update mechanism along the lines of the APT repository for the .deb.

Let's add a F-Droid repository for these shepherd-media-android and shepherd-companion. My understanding is that these are basically static sites, so even pushing files to a GitHub Pages site will work.

Geofencing (along the lines of what is done for the source code and APT repositories) is out of scope for this ticket, as shepherd-companion and shepherd-media-android have very limited utility without shepherd-launcher.
